1,) Companies who refuse to send to you a paper application that you have to fill out during orientation anyways.
2.) Demands that you apply ONLINE only before they will consider you.
3.) Companies that require 3 years RECENT experience or the recruiter plays the "unfortunately" game in violation of the FMCSR under "Driving experience means" (Google it and read ir yourselves).
4.) Companies that demand a SSN when there is NO LAW that requires anyone to even *APPLY* for one,
5.) Companies that refuse to hire you in violation of EEOC case which makes it illegal not to hire one for refusal to give a SSN, in violation of EEOC v. Information Systems Consulting CA3-92-0169-T. AND in violationof Title 42 Sec. 405(c)(2)(B)(i)(II), AND, Title 42 Chapter 7 Sec. 408 Penalties (a)(1)(8) (Google it and read all about it).
6.) Companies that refuse to honor YOUR W-4 "CONTRACT" in violation of 26 CFR 31.3402(p)-1 AND 26 CFR 31.3402(P)-1(b)(2)
7.) Companies that demand a Road Test in violation of FMCSR under "Driving experience means" (Google and read yourselves).
8.) Companies that require THEIR companies 'additional' so called physical given on company property in violation of the FMCSR which requires only a DOT Physical that must be given only in an authorized Doctors office.
9.) This is just a few violations companies routinely violate.
