I would love to be able to find a company that helps me to get my cdls at no imediate cost to me that will possibly hire me on afterwards. That way I can earn a paycheck at the same time. Sort of like payed training and me signing a future employment contract.

There are no free rides.

You may possibly apply to an unemployment office and they can lead you to the Goverment agency that may assist with your CDL. You could also find a school who will finance the tuition. Once you have a CDL there are many companies who will take you on as a trainee. You may not like the Hours and days on the road they require but somewhere along the line you have to pay your dues until you have enough experience to go for the better jobs. Usually about 3 years plus.

Good luck to you.
