Hey, Sue!
You're not the only one dealing with LYIN' SCUMBAGS on a cheesy DAC REPORT... In my time, I walked away from various companies because they RIPPED ME OFF, SHORTED ME ON MILEAGE, DIDN'T DELIVER ON PROMISES, ETC., ETC. Half of those sh*thouse outfits put WHATEVER THE F*CK THEY WANTED TO PUT DOWN ON MY DAC, despite the fact that DAC WAS SUED BY ONE IRATE DRIVER for the very same reason... A common lie is ABANDONMENT, even if ya dropped their PIECE OF JUNK TRACTOR in the f*ckin' yard... Another common lie is REFUSAL TO DRUG TEST, something these scumbags will tack on once you're LONG GONE... (I might add that I'm completely drug-free, although I do enjoy cold beers OFF DUTY). I fought that BULLSH*T for a long time and never got anywhere, and I'll tell ya why: since that lawsuit was "won" by that pissed-off hand, SKETCHY FLY-BY-NIGHT COMPANIES have found new ways to DISCREDIT DRIVERS... A common trick: to "REQUEST PERSONAL CONTACT" or some such bullsh*t, so the LYIN' TRASH CAN DISS YA OVER THE PHONE AND NEVER GET CAUGHT. I'll be straight up with ya, it's difficult to deal with because these LYIN' CRIMINAL SCUMBAGS know that most drivers don't have the MONEY OR TIME to initiate legal proceedings in different states... I might add that I hail from a family with well over a century of military and judicial service to this country, and I ASKED MY UNCLE THE JUDGE (he sat on the bench for many years down in Dallas, TX) ABOUT MY OPTIONS IN DEALING WITH THIS TRASH, and even he did not express much hope for FAVORABLE RESOLUTION. Sooooooooooo, here's how to deal with these scumbags:

     1) ASK PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYERS WHETHER THEY USE DAC, AND TELL 'EM WHY YOU'RE ASKING...

     2) DELIBERATELY APPROACH SMALL FLEET OWNERS OR OWNER OPERATORS WHO NEED DRIVERS...

     3) CHECK LISTINGS UNDER "TRANSPORT" ON CRAIGSLIST IN YOUR AREA---JUST BEWARE OF SCAMMERS...

     4) FIND SMALL OUTFITS THAT DON'T USE DAC, OR OUTFITS THAT KNOW DAC IS ALL ABOUT BULLSH*T...

     5) DROP LYIN' SCUMBAGS FROM YOUR EMPLOYMENT HISTORY---IT'S THE ONLY WAY TO DEAL WITH 'EM...

These DAC DOUCHEBAGS don't give a flyin' f*ck about drivers---THEY GET THEIR MONEY EITHER WAY, so don't expect any sympathy from those CRIMINAL-SHIELDING DIRTBAGS. I know, I've tried to get the facts straight in my case, and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WORKED... Not tryin' to rain on your parade here, just throwin' down the facts. FLY-BY-NIGHT COMPANIES know they can get away with their CRIMINAL BULLSH*T because the "laws" favor the scumbags at the present time... Many drivers have been screwed by this SORRY-ASS STATE OF AFFAIRS---that's just the way it is, I'm not tryin' to bring ya down. The good news is that there are people out there who KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS WHERE DAC IS CONCERNED, and your best prospects lie with those same people... and with companies who don't bother with that LYIN' BULLSH*T RAG. I say this as one driver to another---you can find proof of my OTR experience here: NERDSCOUT.COM (or just punch in NERDSCOUT), bring up "Albums," go back a few pages and click on "MY LIFE" (you'll see a skateboarder on the album cover---an old photo from back in the day). You'll see COOL TRUCKIN' PHOTOS posted on that site, 10? Good luck to you in your search, this is a lousy time to be between jobs... as I am now... ADIOS!!!

Oh,
I just noticed that I mispelled your name "BSUE"---it could stand for "BULLSH*T UNDER EMPLOYMENT," yeah? Hey, the good news about the LYIN' DIRTBAGS on my cheesedick DAC REPORT: MOST OF THOSE FLY-BY-NIGHT SCUMBAG OUTFITS HAVE GONE OUT OF BUSINESS, 10?!? You might take that into consideration in your own case---with any luck, the DOUCHEBAGS squawkin' about ya have GONE TO THE F______ WALL...
