International Bank Equipment Manufacturer Enters The Key Control Market

Portland, OR: SafePak Corporation, the #1 provider of electronically-monitored deposit retrieval systems, deposit stations and ATM security products to the banking industry, introduces a new line of key control products, specifically targeting the auto service industry, fleet management and dealerships.

The SafePak Electronic Key Control Systems are priced from $1,995 and up, handling from 5 keys to 500 keys. The KeyStations take several forms, from simple wall-mount and counter-top varieties to free-standing kiosks that are vault-like for maximum key security.

The SafePak Electronic Key Control Systems can be seen at the several national automotive trade shows including the NADA expo in Las Vegas this coming February. Response from the recent NACE show in Orlando and SEMA show in Las Vegas prompted the company to add several more key control products to their current line to satisfy several needs of the industry that were not met by other companies. In particular, the service industry was looking for a low-cost (under $2,000) key control kiosk that would handle just a few keys.

SafePak's president, Buzz Siler, a seasoned inventor and entrepreneur, decided to pursue this market after years of creating one-off products for other industries. Throughout the last 20 years, he created the first remote access key dispenser for Cendant/Avis/Budget; a rental kiosk and lock dispenser for the self-storage industry; and specialized key dispensers for the aviation and hotel industry.

Siler commented, "We looked at all the competition's products in this key management field and saw a huge gap! We decided that, with the right investment in the latest technology, we could offer every feature that they did, but at much lower prices. Best of all, it's still made in America!".

All SafePak products can be seen at their website http://safepakcorp.com/key-control/

NATIONWIDE, VIP HEALTHCARE ACCESS FOR "MOBILE" TRUCKERS (Insured & Uninsured)

MIAMI, FL (Feb 1, 2011) - The Man in White, LLC (TMIW) launched an innovative, internet-based "Healthcare Touch Point" for professional truckers, (www.TheManInWhite.Org). This free web site serves as a directory and "concierge service" for truckers' healthcare needs at home and on the road. It provides convenience in locating and scheduling appointments, procuring possible discounts, and even assistance with parking "big rigs" at or near healthcare facilities across the USA.

(Note: The name "The Man in White" is common truckers' slang for physicians.)

For the most part, professional "mobile" truckers (as a group) have been largely ignored by the healthcare establishment. Approximately 30% are uninsured; and, many more are under-insured, with huge deductibles. Not surprisingly, as truckers are forced to shoulder higher out-of-pocket costs for their healthcare, more and more are shopping around for affordable prices. and convenience! With over 4.2 MM truckers, of which ~ 1.7 MM are "big rig" operators, the market is huge. "There is strength in numbers", says Larry Chilson, a co-founder of the company.

In early 2010, TMIW purchased the controlling interest in MEDtriarch, LLC which contracts with thousands of healthcare providers that cater to uninsured and under-insured consumers across the country. This network includes, but is not limited to: 1,971 urgent care centers; 523 diagnostic imaging centers, hundreds of medical specialists, and thousands of clinical blood-testing facilities.

"Our internet presence represents an instant coast-to-coast access and assistance for healthcare resources for professional truck drivers where they need us most, i.e., on the road to staying healthy", says Gail Urban, RN. For example: a trucker who has just dropped off a delivery can contact our agents for assistance including, but not limited to: i) locating & scheduling healthcare appointments; ii) identifying accepted insurance & co-pays; iii) negotiating discount pricing for uninsured truckers; iv) resolving billing disputes with healthcare providers; v) locating medical products; vi) synchronizing prescription pick up at major pharmacies; vii) locating medical specialists; viii) discounted DOT physicals and drug testing; ix) nutritional products; and, x) over 4,000 blood lab collection centers.

TMIW's network of commonly used medical specialists, include but is not limited to: chiropractors, optometrists, dentists and sleep apnea specialists. Additionally, TMIW will work with national pharmacies to get prescriptions to mobile truckers most anywhere in the nation.Further, as it is often difficult to navigate side streets and parking lots in "Big Rigs", the majority of the participating healthcare providers will allow a $10.00 taxi-credit for truckers parking within 5 miles of their facilities.

When attempting to communicate with healthcare providers on the road, truckers no longer have to endure tedious web searches, being placed on hold, or worse., getting disconnected. They simply surf this website to get healthcare info all along their route(s), or they can contact an agent at TMIW via email, texting and/or phone who will provide "personal assistance".The website data is free to all truckers on the road and in their hometowns; however, there is a $20.00 annual fee for "personal assistance", which is in place to eliminate mischievous requests. Even so, this low fee will be easily offset by significant savings of both time and money within the first year, e.g., uninsured and under-insured truckers will enjoy significant discounts.

Revenue streams are derived mainly from advertising. To assure its success, TMIW is funded to operate for 8-10 months. TMIW will also offer corporate rates.

H.O.W DRIVER, BILL BOWERING
AWARDED NATIONAL
HIGHWAY ANGEL RECOGNITION

Amherst, WI, August 16, 2010. Bill Bowering, Fulton, NY native and professional Class A
CDL truck driver for H.O. Wolding, Inc. (H.O.W) of Amherst, WI, was named a Truckload
Carriers Association (TCA) Highway Angel for steadfast bravery and compassion in the
face of a deadly rollover car accident.

According to Bowering, on April 28, 2010, at approximately 3:00 p.m., Bowering was
driving southbound on 1-57 near Mattoon, Illinois, when a vehicle with three young
women in it, passed him on the left hand side.

As it reentered the right lane, the driver hit a pothole, apparently overcorrected and
lost control of the vehicle, which flipped over and slid into the ditch.

Bowering pulled his truck over, got out and ran over to the wrecked vehicle to assist.
Many other vehicles passed by the crash but none of them stopped. When he arrived,
he found two women climbing out of the wreck with another woman still trapped inside.
He entered the vehicle at risk to his life and took her pulse but could not find one. He
also checked for signs of breathing, but again, there were none.

Finally, another driver stopped who was a paramedic and he took over care of the woman
in the car. Bowering then was able to turn his attention to the other two women. He did
his best to console them and ease their grief until authorities arrived on the scene.

Bill was still shaken when he recounted details of the accident to his H.O.W Driver
Manager, Deb Senechal. According to Deb, when Bill related to her what had happened,
all he could think about was, “I was too late. I couldn’t do anything about the driver.”
Deb said she told him, “You did your best and tried everything you could to save her
and that is all you can do. If you could have done any more, you would have.”

Deb, who nominated Bill for the Highway Angel award, describes him as an “all-around
nice guy and very modest.” Deb further states, “I am very proud of Bill and it is an honor
to work with him. Although Bill is very humble about his efforts, he should feel proud
of his actions. His heroics, affirmed through this award are truly inspiring.”

For his valiant efforts, Bill received a Highway Angel lapel pin, certificate and patch
in confirmation of the Good Samaritan deed he performed while on the job.

H.O. Wolding, Inc. also received a certificate in recognition of the “Angel in Your Midst”,
acknowledging that Bill Bowering, a H.O.W driver, was named a Highway Angel.

Marc Wolding, Vice-President of Operations shared these comments, “We are very
proud that one of our drivers had the foresight to react so courageously in the face
of such a severe, life threatening accident. Bill Bowering is to be commended on his
quick thinking and his ability to handle the situation with strength and determination.”

Over the last 15 years, the Highway Angel program, managed by the Truckload
Carriers Association, has recognized hundreds of truck drivers across North America,
like Bill Bowering, who are making a positive difference in the lives of the people
with whom they share the road.

Highway Angel recognition is granted for often unnoticed, life-saving rescues and
roadside assistance ranging from simple acts of kindness, such as fixing a flat tire,
to heroic life-saving efforts, such as pulling someone from a burning vehicle and
administering CPR, while on the job.

The program focuses on improving the public's image of truck driving as a profession
and bolstering driver morale about themselves and their profession. TCA has received
letters and e-mails from people across North America nominating truck drivers for the
program. To learn more about this uplifting program, the driver nomination process
or to view past Highway Angel press releases, visit www.truckload.org/Highway-Angel.

No stranger to fame, Bill stepped into the spotlight last year at the renowned Talent
Quest
singing contest, by advancing through local, state, regional and national levels
to proceed to the Final Five round, where he won Third Place, 2009 Male Country/
Western Singer
. His performances may be viewed on YouTube, www.youtube.com,
by searching on Bill Bowering.

H.O. Wolding, Inc. (H.O.W), a 75-year old, family-owned and operated fleet, based
in Amherst, Wisconsin with 350 tractors and 1100 trailers nationwide, operates as a dry
van carrier for many Fortune 500 clients throughout the United States

Seattle, WA - Bluewater wireless (the leading manufacturer of GPS lockboxes) today announced the most affordable solution to meet the guidelines for the new Electronic On-Board Recorder (EOBR) standards set to go in effect mid-March of this year.

Together, with the top providers of Fleet Management Software, Bluewater wireless is poised to outfit Carriers of all sizes with the equipment, software and data-management tools that they will need to meet the new Federal Government mandated standards.

With a capital investment of around $100 for equipment/instillation per vehicle, and monthly data packages starting as low as $21 per month, Bluewater wireless offers a low cost solution that are fully compliant with Comprehensive Safety Analysis 2010 (CSA 2010).

“We are very excited to offer this low cost solution to the trucking industry.  With all the current economic realities facing U.S. Carries, reducing operating costs is paramount.” Said Jack Dovey, President of Bluewater wireless.  “Not only have we created the most affordable solution to meet new trucking standards, but we are confident that the efficiencies, effectiveness and increased safety that our product provides will positively impact the bottom-line of your company.”

Current government mandates will soon alter the filing of Hours of Service (HOS) compliance.  By mid-March vehicles that travel over a hundred miles must have an EOBR to accurately manage HOS compliance.  Some commentators fear these new standards will create an uneven playing field, dramatically impacting U.S. Carries.  However, Bluewater is confident that together with their partners, they have devised a solution that significantly reduces costs, allowing Carriers of any size the ability to meet the new Federal Government safety standards.

Bluewater wireless has been providing wireless business solutions for over twenty-five years.  This expertise allowed the company to develop, patent and manufacture an effective, low cost GPS solution.  The Bluewater GPS lockbox system is available now and is listed with large wireless device suppliers such as Sprint.

Free “Aero” Test Data Now Available to Trucking Industry

(SEPT. 8, 2009 GURNEE, IL) - - Trucks push a lot of air! That means fuel consumption and MONEY.Recent aerodynamic studies have concluded that even small changes to a truck’s silhouette can have a noticeable impact on airflow, and inevitably, fuel consumption. Since the flow of air around wheels is one of the most aerodynamically disturbed areas of a commercial truck, an aero-style wheel treatment has a profound effect on the way a truck slices through the wind.

Chicago area manufacturer, RealWheels Corporation (RWC), has been manufacturing a different version of aerodynamic cover for over fifteen years, but during the early days it was primarily purchased for visual styling and appearance.During the past 18 months, RWC redesigned the Aero-Cover, making significant advances in the product.Covers were then installed on numerous trucks and then taken through a series of real world tests. The company is now offering those results FREE of charge to any owner/operator or fleet concerned with fuel economy.“It’s the right thing to do,” explains RWC Vice President, Jhan Dolphin. “The testing was very time-consuming, but we were very pleased with the results. Most in the industry already know that anything aerodynamic can help, but seeing just how quickly it began saving companies money was very powerful.”

Aerodynamics is nothing new, but RWC has taken this concept to a completely new level with a product that not only addresses the aerodynamic challenges of wheel design, but also helps to promote your brand, logo and/or product. They can be printed with anything! While the accounting departments of large truck fleets are taking notice of the fuel savings, their marketing departments are getting creative with the various image or logo possibilities.Imagine adding a company logo or image to every wheel in their fleet. There’s no argument that a polished aluminum or 4-color printed wheel cover looks much better than a rusty truck wheel.Promoting your message is just a nice added bonus.

RealWheels has spent over thirty years making vehicles look better, and finds the new AERO-series appeals just as much to the truck owner looking for better styling as those looking to save fuel.Their Aero-Deluxe covers actually create the look of a custom wheel. They are created from light-weight, polished aluminum, and then coated with a highly reflective and eco-friendly process called RealGloss. The Aero-Custom covers are created from high-impact plastic, are no-frills and provide a very solid and sturdy appearance. The Aero-Graphix covers are the ones that can have anything printed on them in full color, and they even offer an Aero-Clear style that allows all the benefits of aerodynamics without covering your bright polished wheels.

When you consider the amount of consumer and industrial goods that travel our nation's highways every day, the impact that improved aerodynamics can have on fuel costs and the environment is substantial.Having access to these important “Aero” test results will definitely help companies to GO GREEN.Test data is available, by calling RealWheels Corporation at (847) 662-7722.

New TireStat™ No-Nonsense Commercial-Grade TPMS is Released by Mobile Awareness, LLC

[CLEVELAND, OH] - Mobile Awareness, LLC, a provider of leading-edge transportation safety products, today announced TireStat™, the next generation of TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring & Maintenance System) products geared toward Commercial Trucks, Trailers, Buses, Off-Road, Construction, RV, EMS and Fire Trucks.

TireStat™ is a complete and effective tire pressure monitoring system that provides major benefits such as increased fuel economy, enhanced safety, maximized tire casing life and extended tire wear. The light weight TireStat™ sensors are mounted externally on the valve stem allowing air input without sensor removal. This No-Nonsense approach virtually eliminates limitations previously found to prevent the use of TPMS on fleet vehicles, including costly tire maintenance, time consuming installations, lost cap mounted sensors and difficulty in roadside service.

TireStat™ is preprogrammed by wheel position for effortless installation, yet can be easily altered by the user. This exclusive design allows customers to optionally program their own warning alert levels by axle position, offering improved management of fuel and tire expense. For fleet owners this provides a faster ROI, simplicity of driver participation and low on-going maintenance since there are no issues due to lost sensors.

“Mobile Awareness recognizes the need for a driver-friendly TPMS solution which is affordable for all types of vehicle safety environments,” says Brandon Stotsenburg, Director of Sales & Marketing at Mobile Awareness. “Our latest TireStat™ system provides a compromise-free tire maintenance solution for individuals, businesses and commercial fleets.”

TireStat™ not only detects under-inflated, over-inflated and rapid leaking tires, it also monitors tire temperature. Knowing when a tire exceeds a safe operating temperature, even when the tire pressure appears to be in a normal range, is vitally important to maximize tire life, extend the ability to retread and enhance driver safety.

In addition, the TireStat™ exclusive rechargeable Handheld Monitor functions as a portable tire gauge. As a result, the user can monitor actual tire pressure while adjusting each tire’s inflation level. All TireStat™ systems include an easily mounted transceiver which assures continuous transmission of the wireless signals without the inconvenience of installing multiple antennas.

TireStat™ features include an integrated anti-theft locking mechanism for the sensors which are housed in a rugged nylon encasement with a five (5) to seven (7) year battery life. Sensors are designed for harsh environments and operate in all weather conditions within a pressure range of 15 PSI to 150 PSI.

Stotsenburg concludes, "A TPMS system is only effective if it is easy for the driver to use. TireStat™ provides the best overall solution for individuals and fleets who want to affordably experience the safety and cost reduction benefits that they have come to expect from Mobile Awareness.”

Eagle President Joe Estess said the whole point of the calculator was to offer financial planning help with no strings attached. As a factoring company, we offer a financial bridge to a lot of people out there who cant wait 90 days to get paid on an invoice, Estess said. Where we see owner-operators and small trucking companies running into trouble is that they sometimes realize this when its almost too late. Theyve dug themselves into a big hole. With milestomoney.com, we saw an opportunity to help truckers get a clear-eyed view of whats going on with their business, Estess said. When you know what youre dealing with, you can be proactive about finding a solution. The calculator is easy to use. Users visit www.milestomoney.com. In the first tab, they either estimate or forecast the miles driven per year and then enter their fixed costs, which might include their truck payment, insurance payment, or the cost of licenses or permits. Users can enter costs by month or by yearthe system does the math. In the second tab, users enter variable costs, which include a wide range of items from telephone to fuel to meals to repairs. Any fields may be left blank. In the last tab, users enter something important: their income. When youre working for yourself, sometimes youre just worried about keeping the business running, Estess said. You might forget that you have to make a living. Were trying to get people to think of the income they bring home as part of their business operating expenses. With the click of a button, users have their business financials in black and white. The report details how much it costs to operate their business by month or by year. Most importantly, the report lists how much truckers must earn per mile to cover their costs. For example, if a trucker drives 100,000 miles per year, and the calculator shows that his operating costs are $114,000 per year, then he must earn an average of $1.14 per mile just to break even.If truckers dont like what they see, the report arms them with the data they need to make changes, Estess said.If youre spending too much in one area, it may be time to cut back, Estess said. If your rates are too low, it may be time to renegotiate. But if youre not making enough to cover all your costs or you are just breaking even, you may need to get some help.Estess said many Eagle clients use accounts receivables factoring to give them the breathing room they need to be successful. By factoring their invoices, their cash flow is not subject to the whims of their customers and varying payment schedules. Our clients know when to expect their money, and regulating your cash flow relative to your expenses is the second step to financial success, Estess said. The first step is knowing what youre dealing with--thats what the Eagle Cost Calculator helps truckers understand.

SIMONS PETROLEUM Market Update 2008.09.02Hurricane Gustav rumbled ashore west of New Orleans with more hype than substance. The storm once forecasted to reach Category 5 status never developed past a low Category 3 hurricane, for which we are thankful. Crude oil prices sold off hard after Gustav made landfall. At one point over the holiday weekend, crude oil prices were near $119/bbl on electronic trading. Soon after Gustav made landfall, the market began to sell-off. At one point on Monday, crude oil prices had fallen under $111/bbl, down $8 from the weekend high.

Thus far, it appears that Gustav has gone easier on the energy infrastructure located in Louisiana and Texas than Katrina and Rita. While several refineries and pipeline shut down operations ahead of the storm, we have yet to hear of any substantial damage to either refineries or pipelines. If this is indeed the case, then the supply constraints should be minimal. However, we would expect that supplies in Louisiana and northeast Texas to be restricted for the next several days as refineries and pipelines are brought back online. As for off-shore drilling operations, the U.S. Minerals Management Service (MMS) reported that, based on data from offshore operator reports, personnel have been evacuated from a total of 626 production platforms, equivalent to 87.3 % of the 717 manned platforms in the Gulf of Mexico. In addition, personnel from 100 rigs have also been evacuated; this is equivalent to 82.6 % of the 121 rigs currently operating in the Gulf. From the same operators’ reports, it is estimated that approximately 100 % of the oil production in the Gulf has been shut-in. Estimated current oil production from the Gulf of Mexico is 1.3 million barrels of oil per day. It is also estimated that approximately 95.4 % of the natural gas production in the Gulf has been shut-in. Estimated current natural gas production from the Gulf of Mexico is 7.4 billion cubic feet of gas per day.

We should also note that we are still in the middle of the Atlantic hurricane season. The tropics are expected to be very active over the next several weeks. Hurricane Hanna has already formed to the Southeast of Florida. However, the current forecasts for Hanna project the hurricane to stay on the east coast of Florida. In addition to Hanna, there are several other storms that are expected to reach hurricane status over the next week. So, get ready to hear the names Ike and Josephine soon. As for oil and distillate prices, it looks as though the market will remain soft over the short-term. Prices should remain soft due to a weakening oil demand and a strengthening U.S. Dollar; of course, this would be barring any major supply disruptions. If oil prices can break below $109/bbl, then there should be a good chance that we will see oil prices test the $100/bbl level. Of course, all of this could be out the window if we get another major hurricane in the Gulf of Mexico. We will continue to follow the effects of Gustav and will keep everyone abreast of any distillate supply constraints.

The transporter can be range from individuals, drive-a ways, hot shots, car haulers, and tractor trailers to specialized equipment that will provide the service. Truckinfo.net will save expenses and time for both the shipper and transporter by putting only interested parties together. Another money and time saving feature is both parties are dealing directly with each other, no middle man are involved. With the bidding system Truckinfo.net has provided in our “Ship Yourself” section. Shippers and transporters can know and be assured that they are entering into a fair and reasonable business agreement for both parties involved.

The process is very simple for both parties involved. A person or company posts a shipment in which transporters can bid on. Transporters can bid on the shipments from a shipper. The shipper then can review all the bids posted for that shipment. They can then accept or reject those bids from transporters. Once a bid is accepted / rejected the transporter is notified via email that his bid has been accepted/rejected. Both parties are then given each other’s contact information and deal directly with each other to complete the business at hand. When both parties agree then and only then will Truckinfo.net charges a minimal fee to the transporters credit card. The amount charged can be viewed in our users’ agreement. The only charges a shipper is responsible for is the payment to the transporter that provides the service. That simple. You can become a member by going to our site and clicking on the listing “Hot shot freight” in the left side navigation bar.

(2)For Advertisers’

Truckinfo.net’s “add my listing”is an advertising campaign that is operated by a PPC (pay per click) system based on performance. Our PPC system is superior in so many ways to the old ways of advertising. There are three big benefits of advertising this way. First, you control the position of your listing instead of the old way which is being listed alphabetically in descending order. Listings in our sponsored links are placed from highest to lowest priced PPC. You can move your listing up or down in the directory by how much you set for your PPC.

Secondly, you can control the amount you spend for advertising from $20 to $20,000. You have complete control. Once your budget has been reached you simple cancel or pause your listing. If you want to expand your campaign, you simply add more revenue to your campaign. Thirdly and we think most important is sponsored listings are performance based instead of paying a flat fee and hoping for results or traffic. You only pay when someone clicks on your listing. You are not charged for just being listed in our directories. You are paying for results. We do not know about you but, we do not mind paying for advertising if we get results. With Truckinfo.net’s sponsored links, you a guaranteed that is the case! You can start becoming a sponsored listing by going to the page you want to be listed on and click on the “add my listing” at the top right of the directory listings.
