Faith:

What is Christian faith?  Why is faith so important?  How do you get faith?  These questions
are key for understanding Christianity, for new believers as well as all Christians.  Christianity
and faith go hand in hand.  No one can call themselves a Christian without faith in Jesus Christ.

Hebrews 11:1, "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Faith is the cornerstone of all Christians.  It is how the disciples were able to preach and
change the world.  They believed in God's promises as delivered to them by Jesus Christ.

When we see a Christian acting out his faith, it is the evidence of things not seen.  Faith
becomes your strength and places you in God's plan.  Through faith you anticipate the future
of God's promises and act in faith in your day-to-day activity knowing you are in God's plan.

Without faith there is no substance or strength in your life.  All is vanity with no purpose or
hope.  Jesus Christ came on this Earth to give us faith that we can be part of God's plan for
eternal life and meaningful existence.  Faith allows us to rise above our earthly experience and
participate in God's plan.
