this is to all u newbies to the trucking business,i have 28 years experiance an ive had dozens of jobs an owned several trucks. i can count on one hand the companys i stayed with for a year r more .........its a chickencrap business,an the reason dispacthers r fleet manager whatever they want to call them are so careless is because its the only industry where a manager makes less money than the one there managing.......the federal goverment needs to reestablish regulation an all these crappy big companys will go away an it might be a good occupation again maybe not.but if u just got started are have just been driving for a little while run like hell an get out of it the only difference between 99% of trucking companys is the color of the truck an the name on the door .............HAPPY TRAILS
