We are offering a contest to truckers who can send in a short essay describing how the current economy has impacted their lives and family. The essay should be between 400 and 500 words. The essay should describe how the current economy has impacted the life of the trucker and his/her life. The essay can be written by the trucker or any member of his/her immediate family. One winner will be chosen from among the entries. The essay will be judged by a panel of three journalists and the winner will be the essay with the most moving story.
