Transport of Freightline COE needed from MN to SOCAL

I have a Freighliner COE that needs to be transported from Warren, MN to Socal (1500 miles). It will require either a lowboy or a flat bed with ramps. No ramps on either end. Willing to pay reasonable $$$ - Green cash on delivery. If using a flatbed, driver will need to remove airdeflector for height limits, and will need to supply all tie-down equipment.
