Transmission hiccup
Posted: Sun Jan 20, 2008 10:21:19 PM

Hi,

We have a 2007 T2 with an Eaton autoshift and Cat C15. When my husband is driving slow, usually in 2nd gear, the throttle stops responding. He pushes in the clutch and it starts working again. It does not do this when I drive. Any ideas?

i would check to see if there's a switch on the clutch peddle arm. Could be a problem with it sticking?  I'm not positive but the same switch may have multiple purposes like cruise control and Jake brakes. When this happens is his cruise control switch on?
