 I have not heard one thing good about trans am trucking. My father worked for these incapable jerks for a while. they had him on the road for weeks at a time in the coldest part of the year with no heat. After a close call with ilness they finally fixed his heat. The stories are unbearable. I often wonder how this company gets away with the mistreatment of its' employees. I wonder if they treat their families this way or if they use work as an outlet of abuse. My 50+ father was talked to like a common dog by the oh so dumb Mary. Jeanna has a few issues of her own. Can these two women do there job or do they blame their mistakes on the men and women who run the routes and make their jobs a necessity. After reading this message board I cannot help but to lean more towards the later. They are never certain about the load that u have on your truck. There directions suck. I mean come on I have found quicker and more truck friendly routes than what they have given and I am a medical student not a trucker. And I do not know how many times i have seen them try to send him around his a** to get get somewhere close to his nose. Heaven forbid you need road assist, hope you have the unlimited minutes package on your cell phone and pray it is not an emergency. Back to Jeanna and Mary, what are there goals when they try to intimidate the drivers. Are we really back in grade school? Or are we capable adults who deserve respect? At one point my father could not sleep because Jeanna was giving him wakeup calls. He was parked across the street from the drop and he only had 9 hours to make it. I don't know about that one he was cutting it kind of close. I was told that they have sattellite tracking systems so if Jeanna was doing her job effeciently, she would have known that instead of calling. And if she had a brain she would have probably figured out he was sleeping. I wonder if she recieved phone calls about her mistakes while she was trying to sleep; exaclty how much sleep she would get? Probably not much!!!!  Anyone thinking of signing up with this company think again. As to these to condesending, dumb, and completely uncapable women, get your heads out of each others posterior stop treating these men and women like dirt and   DO YOUR JOB. And if I have offended one of you ladies (and I use that term loosely)  please feel free to kiss my _____!!!!

right on. I worked for Transam to and I ran like a dog, but that was not good enuf and the truck i had was junk,when I got it.It was not clean and then after 2 mounts working for them I was let go ,I had 10 year of OTR driving but they need my truck so that put a
