Team Drivers Pay ?

When you team drive with a company, What is the average starting pay for new drivers ? Some companies pay .38 cpm split pay. Does that mean each team driver splits .38 cpm or each driver gets .38cpm? Thanks for your help. |

In case no one has answered your ??? yet. This is how it works with most companies. Doesnt matter how many miles you personally drive they usually take the total miles for that week and split it in 2. Example your total trip miles for the week was 4,500 @.0.39cpm you each would each gross 2250.00. Hope that helps. Denise |
