We have 2 opening for Independent Hotshot Owner Operators that want to work with our dispatch service. At the present time we are looking for one truck to be based in or around the Kansas City area and another to be based out of Southern Califormia. 40' minimum trailer length required, we preffer lowboys. We are a Dispatch Service currently working with several Independent Owner Operators that are all based within the Western Half of the Country. Most of the Independent Hotshot Owner Operators working with us are earning between $15,000 & $20,000 a month. Unlike most companies that would have you lease on with them we don't take a percentage of your income. We get a flat weekly fee and I guarantee it's the best deal in the industry. We only like to take on a few Independent Owner Operators at a time so we can give them the attention needed to produce a good income. New to the business, no problem! We've helped a lot of new guys get started.

hello my name is Fred Scrum and i currently live in chino valley az north of phoenix. i am very interested in the hot shot business. I have 35 years trucking experience although i've never run a hot shot  business before. I am wanting to relocate to the central us such as ok, tnn,mo. would this area work for you? also, can you help me with info on hot shot regs.such as, in this non CDL, do i need to run a log book, do i stop at scales etc.

Here's some of our Independent Owner Operators with the types of loads we build for them.

This load paid $4700.00 going 1050 miles. Thats $4.47 a mile

Hello Gary.  My name is Bradley and I have been researching some information on getting into the Hot Shot business.  I have been doing my own work for about a year (on weekends and when I have time).  I already have an LLC and I am looking to expand as soon as possible.  I have an 08 F-450 along with a 30' flatbed dovetail and a 50' wedge car hauler.  It would sure be a lot of help for me to lease on with a company such as yours.  I have a CDL and I am already insured.  Will have filings soon (authority, DOT #'s, etc.).  I would sure appreciate your help.  Thanks.

Bradly we don't lease on Owner Operators here. Independent Owner Operators hire us to hunt down their work, book their loads, and do most of their paperwork. This takes a lot of the work load off of a Independent Owner Operator and allows them to run more miles without all the headaches. We have 24 years worth of contacts and experience booking, building, and hauling these same style loads. The Independent Hotshot Owner Operators we load are among the highest earning Hotshots in the industry.

All of the guys working here with us are pulling trailers with 40 to 45' of loadable deck space. Unfortunitely our 30' trailer would be to short for what we're doing here.

If your looking for a company to lease on with? We may be able to help in a week or so. We've been helping one of our Independents put together what we think is a "FAIR" lease package for Owner Operators. All the Owner Operators that'll be leasing on to his trucking company will be loaded through our office the same as the Independent working here.

I have been in the car buisness as a dealer for the last 5 years hauling my own inventory. Currently getting everything in line to haul legally for hire. Would like to talk more about your positng. Very framilar with Manhiem auctions

I was just reading through some of the responses posted here and was wondering if yall had any contacts or suggestions for a guy trying to get started in the hot shot business based out of Lubbock, TX. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. I've got my wife on board with me for this idea so i would really like to make it work out.
