Starting a trucking business

My husband and I would like to start a trucking business to Hot Shot. We are looking to buy a dually and trailer, but I was wondering what types of permits, licenses, documents, forms,etc do we need to get it started. My husband has been in the trucking business for seven years, but wants to own his own business. I wnat to help him out in any way I can so can you please help me? |

Anyone looking to start a dump truck business? I have a 1997 mack RD688's dump truck for sale.This truck has a e-350 motor,8LL transmission, 15.5 ft bed with asphalt tarp / apron, tires 11 24.5 alum steer/steel rear very low mileage truck is in good condition for more info. contact mr.
