starting a dump truck business

while starting a new dump truck business would be okay or is it possible get bids for jobs and sub contract them out to other dump truck companies until my company gains capital by lease or buy dump trucks and hire my own drivers. |

That would be more than ok. I think it would be a good way to start with out a big investment. |
