First, I need to know when you speak of starting your own company if you mean as an owner operator or a company with employees? By your second question I am presuming you are planning on employees. I have two replies to this. One, is you really need to investigate being an employer and trucking much more. The questions you ask are way to broad for me to answer on this message board. I will gladly answer more direct or specific questions on this issue. The other comment I have or highly recommend is to set up your company ligitimately and "NOT Paying under the table" as being an option! |
