 Hello

Who needs to know?

I finished a superior truck driving school in the 80's and passed my class 1 written/drivers test in Riverside C.A. it cost several thousand $ I started driving on a temperary licence till the permanent was sent out with Schaeffer trucking, I had to Quit drriving because I never recieved my permanent licence,Riverside DMV said I never tested there,I called Superior Trucking and found out rhey went out of buisness and to NO avail I could not get my licence even Though I showed Proof of the school A doctors class 1 Physical.

To this day I havent been reinbursed or recieved a licence WHAT A RIP OFF for who wants to know, you can do nothing even with lawyers when a company goes bankrupt we are the ones who loose.

The one year I drove I never was cited ticketed,Or had an accident'

THANKS Kevin

You do of course have the 'reciept' that the DMV gives you after you pass the road test do you not? It does not matter that a company went out of business. And you did say you have the temporary license. This is not about a company going out of business, it is about the DMV not sending you the license you paid for and tested for. The DMV has a record of you taking any test there on a certain day, pass or fail. You need to show the DMV PROOF that you PASSED, and DEMAND that they give you the license you paid for and tested for. Call the DMV 'Commercial License Division'. You do of course have the graded original test you took in the DMV as well?
