Republic of CA regs

	I often see in Truck Paper magazine ads stating "Legal in CA" seems to be more often pertaining to Flatbeds. I know CA has many strict and confusing rules but is there a relatively simple answer to this?

	The only issue I know of that concerns California is exhaust emissions. California has very strict regulations concerning exhaust emissions. I do not know of any that would concern trailers.
