Recruiting O/O's

What would be the best way for Recruiting OOs i am fairly new to the biz and i have tried many things? Recruiting booths/desk @ truck stops, sponsoring auto racing, classified ads, job fairs, placemats at truck stops. what else can i do that is relativly inexpensive? please let me know! Tim, Here is a few inexpensive ideas that you didn't mention. (1)Newpaper advertising in that area (2)Career Centers or Application web sites, We have a Career Center that is very economical. There is a ton of them on the internet. Very few are as economical as ours. We really try to assist ma and pa stores. (3) Local events like Fairs and Events I hope I helped |
