RECRUITERS: want to find plenty of drivers--EASILY????

Most drivers don't care about making an extra penny or 2 per mile.  Drivers want 2 things.  First--BENEFITS...and most large legit companies already have that one covered.  2nd..A BETTER HOME-TIME PROGRAM.  The suits in the office work MON--FRI  .. go home every nite..and take the weekend off.  On the other hand ...the driver is out 24/7...1 wk..2 wks...3 wks...  then FINALLY gets in for  a break and get a whopping   a WHOPPING  one day home for each 7 days out.  SO... out 24/7  for a month...go home a WHOPPING 4-days.....then head back out again!!!!!   NO WONDER NO ONE WANTS TO BE A TRUCKER.  Yes..the money is good but most drivers want to make a bit LESS MONEY.......and instead, have MORE TIME HOME...MORE TIME FOR A LIFE.   JB HUNT has a good  program but it ONLY APPLIES TO THEIR OTR DRIVERS ...  AND DRIVERS OUT OF S. CALIF ARE NOT CONSIDERED TO BE OTR.. SO FOR S. CALIF BASED DRIVERS THIS GOOD TIME POLICY THEY ADVERTISE DOES NOT EXIST.       I live in S. Calif and can be based in Ontario,CA...Fontana,CA....San Diegop,CA  etc......and if you have a driving job where I get 2 days off for each 7 days driving... or 4 days off for each 14 days driving...AND if I don't go home for the entire # of days off earned..I can SAVE those days for later use and accumulate a maximum of 30 days saved.....(THIS IS JB HUNT'S PROGRAM)....   AND YOU GIVE ME THAT PROGRAM WHILE BASED IN S.
