I am seriously thinking of making a career change and would like to recieve "INFORMATIVE" comments and insight on what it takes to be a successful Driver, besides the obvious.

I do have a couple of questions of my own:
1. Where is the serious $$$ to be made? If I decide to do this I want to make it worth my time.
