My wife and I went to orientation at Celadon in Indianapolis In.It was a nightmare from the word go.We got to Indy at 3am on the morning of the first day of orientation, both of us exhausted. After talking to them for some time they finally agreed to let us do our road tests the next day.Later that day they called me back to the in house clinic for a pre-employment drug screen. There was 2 drivers ahead of me and I urgently had to use the bathroom.I was screamin that I had to use the bathroom urgently, nobody listened so I had to find a bathroom and go on my own. Then was told by office personnell that was not to leave testing area.I told them that I had to go.Was told by them to return to the testing area. When the Dr pumped me full of water and I finally went he put specimen in the vials and dr tested and was told urine sample was clean.Dr put urine sample in vials to e sent out to testing facility, was not given any paper at all after I was told that urine sample was clean.I was then told by the safety director that I refused the drug screen and he would be reporting this to DAC and before I would be able to drive again I would have to attend substance abuse classes.I do not use drugs.I dont even like to take tylenol for a headache. Can they do this?I never refused a drug screen.I have no reason to do drugs. Also if they can put this on my DAC when I was not yet an employee how do I get it removed?thanks M Keefe |

Just like your credit report you can file a dispute with USIS/DAC they will investigate the info and if its false it will be removed. Also join the American Drivers Association they help with sort of thing. Membership is a little costly but I ve been told it s well worth it. They fight for the driver. |
