I was an OTR driver for 14 years until I lost both legs on a motorcycle in 1991, I live in North Florida and wanted to know who could provide me with the information for Hand controls and hardware that would allow me to drive agin? what are the driving laws, rules and regulations for driving a rig with hand controls? I have my mind set on a rock or sand hauler.
