Perdium Question

I have had different people tell me different things about perdium and I am trying to find out if perdium is taken out of your miles and not taxed or if it is suppose to be paid above your milage. I live in Illinois if that helps, I'm not sure if the laws vary from state to state. |

A companies' Accountant can answer this question and if not then they're not a very good or informaed Accountant.
