Hi we are looking for owner operators with over the road and grain hopper experiance.  Must have three years experiance and be willing to work and run 500 miles or more a day or an average of 3000 miles a week.  Drivers must be able to clean the inside of thier trialers and have trailers washed out after certain loads that we haul to prevent crossover contamination.   We do not try to push drivers to run exceesivley hard.  We need owner operators that have a high side grain hopper.  Trailer demensions that are prefered are 102x78x43'.  A 96" wide or a longer trailer may work.  We hual some bulky products that require a larger volume trailer.  A light weight truck and trailer  is a must (a combination of truck and trailer empty weight of 28,500lbs or less)  NOT: ALL EQUIPMENT MUST GO THROUGH A PRE-EMPLOYEMENT ENSPECTION AND RANDOM INSPECTIONS AFTER BEING HIRED BY ME.  We want equipment that is well maintained not junk.  Our loads pay by weight and the industry standard is figured by the ton or bushell.  We try our hardest to have drivers home every weekend.  Tipically you can average 1.30 or more a mile minus our percentage that includes all miles figured on a short but practical routes.   If you are only willing to run on interstates you will not make a living.  We run AR TX OK LA NM KS NE IA TN MO and occasionally others.  This is a highly competitive industry and we are building up a very competitive company and need people that will work.  If you are interested e-mail be at bshenry1@go.wtamu.edu.  My name is Brian.
