Hello All,

I am an independent freight agent that is trying to get some advice on several things. As an owner operator,what is the most common problem that you have? Is it something that an agent such as myself could fix? My company prides itself on being able to offer a personal freight agent for each driver. (So when drivers call, they speak to the same person each and every time) Do you think that communicating with the same person is a necessity or not? When you are on the road do you have to pull over to find loads and find a place to fax back confirmations or is everyone doing that in the truck now? I'm trying to grow my business and give my clients (owner ops) what they need. Being that i am not an OTR driver, I dont know if there is a need that is not being met.
