O/O 10Wheeler Dump needs work

In need of 10wheeler work in So. California (San Diego) but willing to travel for longer contracts.  Have all permits and licensing up to date, as well as insured for $1,000,000 dls. Been in business for two years and seems work has slown down pretty much completely.  I'm in need of new brokers, dispatchers, or contractors. If you have any input to share that might help me out, I would appreciate it. Thanks.
