Oil Filter Problem

Starting at 200,000 I am having a problem with my oil filter cap starting to blow off on my 2007 Peterbilt, Cat C-15 enigne model.

The oil pressure gage shows normal at 60 lbs. Does any one know what this might be...the cap itself is fine.

	To much crankcase pressure. Check to see if your blowby tube is pluged up.
