No marker lights with headlights on

I am working on a 2002 M2 business class chassis with a Cat engine. I am chasing a ghost with this one, the marker lights work with the headlight switch in the running light position, however when you turn the headlights on completely, the marker lights go out, including the dash lights and the illumination of the switch itself showing that it is on. We have replaced the switch already, as well as the turn signal switch ( upon owners request ). I am unable to find a wiring diagram, surprise, surprise. Anyone with any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Fixed it. Found that a circuit breaker feeding the parking light relay had been lost causing it not to shift the position to voltage when the headlights were activated.
