Newly Hired Safety Coordinator

I have recently been assigned the role as Safety Coordinator for an area transporation company. Though I have been around truck drivers all my life, this is an aspect that, though I have common sense, I know that I need some feedback. I would like to keep my drivers as safe as possible and was wondering if there was anyone who could give me some feedback so that I could better serve my truck drivers, while still maintaning compliance |
