i was just wondering if anyone else has a hard time holding a job in this industry. it seems i'm either laid off for lack of work or yelled at because i won't run a load after being awake for 4 days. i run very hard for my employeer gone all week 5 trips from fresno to l.a. a week and get no appreciation. on the few hours home a night they call me to go move trailers for free! i want to be an o/o and am looking for any words of en or discouragement. please let me know |
