We will be booking loads next week. We are are looking to hire 8 or so CDL drivers with there own hotshot rigs w/trailer. We are not keeping it a secret "We are New" . We have been reserching the industry for the past few months. We think this industry is starving for a fresh & honest hard working dispatcher. We are taking this bussiness very seriously unlike alot of these others that seem to be in it for a little side line. We also see people putting alot of different spins on there pay proceedure. We are offering 75% of 100% of each load. We are incuring the cost of factoring and other cost. We also will send conformation of each & every load with pay. Straight up bussiness.
