FINE THESE DRIVERS FOR LATE PICKUP/DELIVERY or just eliminate them altogether.
>>When Companies develop a well known reputation for NOT TOLERATING CARELESSNESS and whiners, they'll only GROW through POSITIVE RESULTS.
>>Most, not all, Companies have their whiners and cry babies and they're easily worked. The pathetic drivers that have 2+ LATE PICKUPS/DELIVERIES are usually TOSSED ASIDE because they've PROVEN their consistent uselessness. The ones that can't seem to wake up within a reasonable time to make a ON TIME PICKUP or DELIVERY are worthless and need to go back home to mommy. The ones that cannot fathom the simplicity of BUDGETING ONE'S MONEY need to go home to mommy.
