My felony,can't find work.,HELP

I just graduated from National Training on Oct.6th and i can't find ANY companies willing to hire me.I don't care if it's cement trucks,dump trucks,OTR,etc.. I feel like i wasted all that money because even though my conviction was in 1999 and i finished with probation and everything on April 31st,2002,no one seems willing to hire me,and the longer i'm out of work the faster i'm going to lose some of the skills i just learned in school,so what do i do? Is there an agent or ANYBODY who can tell me what i should do?

If you need help with an expungment, There is a 3rd party company that can help. They help you file pro se and make it easy as possible to get your record cleared.
