I agree. Don't work with them! I know of a driver right now who is stranded because they haven't paid him in 20 days, where they promised to pay him every Friday (which hasn't happened either). They have left him with so little money, he can barely idle his truck! Also, this company claims to be a broker, but they have NO BROKING AUTHORITY! Look it up before you even think about it!

My husband and I just found out more information on McGittigan's Transportation. Not only has Sean and Marian McGittigan been paid on every load that they hauled, Sean is trying to double collect from factoring companies by submitting loads twice and even turning in false loads! He stranded my husband in Texas and hasn't paid us a dime since January 2nd. Apparently he loves to tell people "it's in the mail" when it comes to their money and the information they need to collect their money. Even his factoring company called him a lying little weasel! Apparently he has also tried to scam some of the people that he has hauled loads for. I advise anyone who comes across this company to avoid them like the pleague. Like a pleague they will bleed you dry and leave you to suffer. My husband and I have almost lost everything, including our truck. I would like anyone else who has been scammed by Sean and Marian to contact me. You can e-mail me at trucking24@live.com. I would appreciate any further information or other contacts to help with the investigation or to help our lawyer build a case. Sean is a scum bag and needs to be taken out of the trucking industry. He's giving all brokers a bad name.
