There USED TO BE a Time when one lost their Driving License, one could go to Texas and acquire a new one.
I know not if this is still valid. I know not if this was applicable to a Class A.
Texas would give a person ONE CHANCE and of course if this person messed it up, too bad.

YOUR BEST OPTION NOW IS TO QUIT DRINKING ALCOHOL ALTOGETHER as WE Truckers need NO MORE DRUNKS driving 18 Wheelers. WE have enough already!!
I don't care whether or not you acquired your DUI's in a Truck or Car, the fact that You disregarded your future for a couple of acts of STUPIDITY is enough.
You deserve to walk for awhile and I know where you are except that when I was a Dysfunctional DRUNKARD I didn't have the Class A to lose, only a Class C.
WHERE EVER YOU GO, YOU TAKE YOU ALONG, so any type Geographical move is NOT a solution.

I quit Drinking Alcohol in June, '92 and had to wait till August '98 to apply and receive an upgraded Drivers License. I got my Class C back in August '93.
I got my LAST DUI in a Car in July '91.
Two DUIs will allow you to wait a minimum of 6 years (according to current laws) depending entirely upon circumstances involved in the DUIs AND the Courts ruling(s), HOWEVER DUIs on a Class A hold more consequences.

That is sage advice! I would consider it strongly! You may not be able to fix it... but you don't have to repeat it, and that can happen! I speak from experience.
