Logging Question

If you are in your time off 34 hrs and you drive the church van on Sunday CDL required how to you log that? As off Duty driving? Or since it is a ministry are you then exempt from logging it at all?

at least in ca. anytime you work when driving with a cdl, you have to log line 3 if in a commerical vehicale. i would check with your local dot to make sure |
