KW Studio Sleeper Leak

My left vent window in the sleeper (2003 Studio) was leaking water down through the glass and the seal. I replaced the window with a new one, tested it, and watched water run down from the same place between the window pane and the rubber gasket.

Has anyone else had this problem? How did you fix the problem?
