Issues to Think Over

I am looking at vairous companies to drive for as a company driver. Not a few drivers who have posted on this site have referred to the different things to look for when signing up. I suppose one would be "home time". As a new person to trucking I do not know, nor could I even think of all the things or issues to list and think over when comparing one company with another. Would you list the top ten tings or issues to look for??? Thanks a million.
