Hey everyone, My name is Brandon Riskey. I am twenty years old. Married to my beautiful wife of a year and a half. We found out we were pregnant after four short months of marriage and our precious son Noah was stillborn at nine months due to an umbilical cord accident. I am truly a man of God and so excited and blessed with this new oppurtunity to move into the hotshotting industry. I have been a garage door technician for the past five months and really do enjoy my job but once I heard about this industry, I couldn't contain my excitment or wait to start making contacts. Last week, I went into my local Dodge dealership and just bought a 1 ton, 4x4, crew cab, short bed, laramie package, I am having a goose neck hitch installed, exhaust brake, and clearance lights installed. I got it with 13,000 off MSRP since it's an '06. I live in the Denver area and heard the industry is huge out here but there are also a lot of brokers out here with poor ethics. So, when I found this board I thought this is perfect. I have five years towing experience none commercial though, I have to say I very strong morals and know that I am truly held accountable for all the things I do in Christ. I have just started looking and feel so lost and confused by all of the hoops I have to jump through in order to get into this business...I have prayed and prayed that God would show me direction and I figure this is the best place to start. I would not dissapoint you or let you down...I am looking for any types of loads and once I get a job, contract, or lead I will go out and buy a trailor. I will do Houston loads, Rockies...whatever...
