I want to work for an O/O

I recently quit working for CR England. I have 2 1/2 years class A  OTR experience. Total of 15yrs CDL. No accidents, No felonys, No DUI/DWI. My problem is the tickets I acumulated over the last 2 years, 3 speeding and 2 others. Big companies are not going to touch me and I need to get back to work. I have been told that the best way to keep my foot in the door till these roll off is to find an o/o that is willing to let me run for them. I am an honest, hard worker that just needs a second chance. Like I said my safety record is clean. I have reefer and drybox experience, but would be willing to do flatbed with a little training. I am located in the Dallas Ft.Worth TX area.
