hello i am trying to hire on drivers to no avail so i am asking the people that do the driving i need o/o's with flats and van asap i thought i was offering good pay but i guess that i am not so can someone please tell me what as drivers and owners are you all looking for so i can place an add and find the drivers that i need right away thanks sean |

Well owner operators are looking for non forced dispacth,home time fuel surcharge and good people to work with.When hiring O/O you need to remember that they own their own business and what can you do for them?? |

see i have 1 semi driver o/o that i recently hired on at a flat rate of 85% owner paying there own cost he was very happy with that he also wants to stay loaded i dont feel that i have ever forced any of my drivers semi's or hotshot to do anything that they did not want to pickup or a forced time frame i have a few semi's that i own but just can not afford the cost to buy any more trucks right now they are not that cheap but is there anyone out there that thinks 85% is unfair please advise thanks |
