You do not need your brokerage license or any sales license, only your flexibility, talent, desire to succeed and be financially stable.

There is no start-up costs associated nor are you buying into a franchise. It is truly your business.

Just wondering as freight agent, just starting out?  working for you how many customer do agent has to get
before being hire on? I was working on one customer call her and call the brokerm, then he tell me that he only talkes curtain clients. so left me with nothing my time caling these company and not getting paid for it.
Just wonder if all brokers treat new freight agents starting out this way?
