I have a 03 Kenworth T900 and am going through clutch brakes, What am I doing wrong in installing them?

Has any of the linkage adjustments ever been changed? How is the brake clearence adjustment and are you the driver or someone else? Clutch brakes will wear faster if out of adjustment,ie. to tight. This will cause the clutch brake to act as a brake when rolling to a stop when truck is in gear, what might cause this is brake is engaging before pedal actually disengages driveline
