GMC TopKick Battery

Hello,
I recently bought a bucket truck with a Cat 300 hp engine (GMC TopKick 7500). My batteries have run low and the truck won't start. Can I use my car and jump start the truck? Is there special jumper cables needed? Also if I can't use my car battery, what kind of charger should I buy?

Standard jumper cables. You can use your car to jump it, just make sure you hook them up correctly. Sometimes they have jumper lugs outside the battery box for you to connect to. they'll have a red cap for positive and a black cap for negative. |
