Fugitive truck driver.

I am looking for a Fugitive escapee from prison. I have found out he drives an 18 wheeler out of KY. What would be the easest way to find out if he has a CDL issued to him in KY. ? His real name was Dallas Norman Smallwood but according to an uncle and family members, who have no use for him because of the way he treated his late mother, he has changed his name to Weylon Wilson Brock. Roy, My suggestion would to be to contact the Kentucky Department of Transportation. The other would be to possibly contact the Federal Department of Transportation to see if he had any violations. The only other suggestion and it would be quite a task, i would have is to contact trucking companies in kentucky directly. |
