Financial Help Needed To Save Small company

My husband and I have had our own authority for 4 years, we have decided to end our marriage and split our equipment between the two of us. unfortunatly all the trucks are in his name and the finance companies will not let us enter into what they call a third party sale so I am despertaly trying to find financing I do not have great credit. but, have been pulling for the same customer for over a year, making 1.91 - 2.05 per mile
I am a very hard worker I drive,do all the paper work and dispatching of the trucks, I have paid on these two trucks for 3 & 4 years, If anyone can give me any information about financing so I can save my trucks and stay in business please help. Thanks Rhonda touchandgo@eastex.net..
