I am writing to you in hopes that you may be able to help me. My name is James Shafer, I am 47 years old. On December 1, 2009, I woke to go to work.
That morning changed things for me, I was having a heart attack. The doctor told me had I gotten to the hospital 15 minutes later,
I would not be here now. This wake up call has me looking at how fragile life is and to be honest, I was not prepared for the possibility of not being here for my family.
I have been financial taking care of myself and my wife, our son and his wife, and our two daughters. In these tough times everyone has been looking for work. As the head of
the family I have worked extra hard to keep us all housed and feed. Since my heart attack I am not able to go back to work for a few months. This is where I am hoping
your kindness may help. I am not asking for a free hand out, rather a good faith type of assistance. Once I am able to work again, I would regift to you the amount, plus.
Or gift the amount to another
church, charity or family that may be in need. This would be at your request. I just need to bridge the gap from now til I am cleared to return to work.
I realize times are hard for alot of people now, so any help, regaurdless of how little, would be a blessing for my family. Thank you so very much for taking the time to read
