Was it a company truck at one time like a werner or a swift truck? The reason I ask is I once had a ex werner truck having a similar problem. Because the truck was still under warrantee I took it to the dealer. The dealer could not find the problem after 4 weeks so I told them I'd fix it myself and they could pay me for my time. To cut this short, I found a small black box in the dash board made by Hewlet Packard. This box had a little hole big enough for a eyeglass screw driver to fit in for making voltage adjustments. I guess this box was put in the truck to detect low voltage when a truck was parked and the batteries were being used for TV and other accessaries a driver might use while parked. Anyways every so often my speedo would go dead and the check engine lite would come on. Other times the dash would lite up like a christmas tree with all the warning lites coming on. I adjusted the tiny screw in the box and it fixed the problem.  My truck was throwing a similar code to yours.

The box was located  under the dash. It wasn't mounted to anything but it had plugs running to the key switch and somewhere else. I couldn't figure out how to bypass it but adjusting the screw did the trick.

It couldn't hurt to check to see if your truck has this little black box in it. Good Luck!
