employment for driver with bad driving record

Guys and Gals,

I am an otr driver having a hard time finding a job due to my driving record.

I need advice on what to do to obtain employment. I plan on taking a driver

improvement course to get 5 safety points added to my record. that would

put me at -5. I need help and if anyone know where i can go to get employment

could you please let me know. I am very desparate!!
