Electrical problem ?

Have an '07 International 9400i with an '06 ISX Cummins 435 with 212,000, my volt meter will drop to 13.5 trip the engine warning light then return to 14 volts on meter. After 5 min. the warning light goes off. A few minutes later it repeats the cycle. Thought it was loose belts so had them replaced and alt checked at the same time all checked out ok. Problem still persists. Anyone have some insight?

Problem solved. It was the ERG causing the voltage drop. Go figure.
